New iPad Users on Rogers LTE Experiencing ‘No Service’ with Bundled microSIM Cards
The problem appears users are unable to activate their new iPads with on-device plans. Why? That’s because Rogers on-device plans do not support LTE. That’s right, they only support 3G, hence the problem with activating online and on your device. To solve this, users will need to call Rogers to setup a monthly plan, such as the current flex data plan promo they are running.
I hope this is an honest mistake and not more deceptive and anti-consumer behavior from the “Big 3” in Canada.
